In case you experience a problem, give us a call or email us on support@techyzone.in We’ll verify your claim and replace or return our product for you right away.

Dealsnbuy returns policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

• In case you are delivered the wrong product.
• In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
• NOTE– There will be no return for quality issues, Because We provide the best quality.
• NOTE– The products on which coupon codes are applied and products on sale are non-returnable.
• NOTE- Always Make A Video While Unboxing The Product. It Will help Us And You To Acknowledge If Any Issue Occurs In Your Order.
• NOTE- Return on electric toys can only be applicable when the product received in damaged or in not working condition. You have to provide video in this situation.

However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

• Undamaged, unused and in the condition in which it was received.
• Exchange Can Be Done only if the size issue come.

For Refunds;

It takes 5-7 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Refunds will be done through Dealsnbuy Wallet only. It requires an additional 7-10 business days to process through those institutions.

*Note: We will process your refund when we receive your return. The refund of your amount will take 7 working days from the time we receive your return.

For Return Shipping;

If the return is due to a Dealsnbuy error, we will refund return shipping costs up to a certain amount. You will need to pay the carrier at the time of shipping. The return shipping costs will be covered along with the refund.

If the return is not due to a Dealsnbuy error, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
